天津二氧化硫污染与治理对策

在不断加大环境治理力度的条件下,天津环境空气SO2浓度由90年代初开始持续下降,至2002年到达低点,但是仍高于国家年均值二级标准并在2002年后出现反弹,显示出继续改善的难度。本文针对现状,分析成因,提出产业结构调整、能源替代、燃煤设备改造等的治理对策。

SO2Pollution in Tianjin and Countermeasure

Under the condition of continuously increasing environment treatment,the concentration of SO_2 in ambient air in Tianjin began to descend since the beginning of 90's,and had arrived at the lowest point at 2002,but still higher than the 2~(nd) grade standard of the state,and then appeared the rebound after 2002.There showed the difficulty of the further improvement.In view of this situation,this thesis tries to analyse the cause of formation and put forward some countermeasures such as adjusting the industrial structure,replacement of energy,transformation of the burnable equipments,etc.
