| 摘 要： | 在分析了传统推车机翻车机使用中存在问题的基础上,提出了用现代液压技术和PLC技术改造方案,对翻车机推车机主要力学参数进行了计算,拟定了液压控制系统图,说明了液压控制原理,对PLC控制思路和工作方式做了简要说明,提出了改造后的使用效果。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysing the traditional car tippler and car feeder use of existent problem puts forward by modern hydraulic technology and PLC technology retrofit scheme.The primary mechanics parameters of car tippler and car feeder is calculated.The hydraulic control system graph is design,explains the principle of hydraulic control.PLC control ideas and work method is explained brief.Puts forward the use effect of the improved car tippler and car feeder. |
