摘    要:以氟硅偶联剂——丙烯酸六氟丁酯(HFBA)和γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)同时作为苯丙乳液的改性剂,采用种子乳液聚合法制得了核/壳型氟硅改性苯丙乳液。研究了氟硅偶联剂比例及用量对该改性乳液基本性能及应用性能的影响。结果表明:当n(HFBA)∶n(KH-560)=1∶2、w(HFBA+KH-560)=7%时,改性乳液的综合性能最佳,其平均粒径为243 nm、粒径分布较窄(多分散指数为0.237),乳胶膜的玻璃化转变温度为-18.40℃和37.81℃、吸水率(11.83%)相对最低且铅笔硬度(2H)相对较高,同时该乳胶膜具有良好的成膜性、附着力、耐水性、储存稳定性和Ca2+稳定性。

Abstract:With coupler such as hexafluorobutyl acrylate(HFBA) and γ-(2,3-epoxypropoxy) propyl trimethoxy silane(KH-560) as modifiers of styrene-acrylate emulsion,so a styrene-acrylate emulsion with core-shell structure modified by HFBA and KH-560 was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization.The influences of some factors(such as molar ratio of HFBA to KH-560,total mass fraction of HFBA and KH-560) were investigated on the basis performances and application performances of styrene-acrylate emulsion modified by HFBA and KH-560.The results showed that the modified emulsion had optimal combination property because the average particle diameter with narrower distributing(polydispersity index at 0.237) was 243 nm,glass transition temperature of emulsion film was-18.40 ℃ and 37.81 ℃,water absorption(11.83%) was relatively minimum,pencil hardness(2H) was relatively maximum,and the emulsion film had well performances(such as film forming ability,adhesion,water resistance,storage stability and Ca2+ stability) when molar ratio of HFBA to KH-560 was 1∶2 and total mass fraction of HFBA and KH-560 was 7%.
