水闸竣工验收检测中的关键问题

长期以来,水闸竣工验收以施工单位的自检资料为主,难以反映工程的实际质量。为保证工程安全和耐久性,引入第三方责任主体-检测机构对水闸进行竣工质量检测。然而目前我国水利行业缺乏系统的、操作性强的水闸竣工检测与评价标准。通过对我国建设工程现行规范、相关文件和现阶段已完水利工程的竣工检测情况调研,认为水闸竣工检测的时间、部位、项目和抽检数量、检测方法和评价标准等问题最为关键。

The key issues in sluice completion acceptance test

For a long time,the sluice completion acceptance test is mainly carried out with the self inspection documents supplied from the constructor,which can hardly reflect the real project quality.In order to secure the engineering safety and durability,it is important to introduce the inspection institution of the third responsible party to do the sluice completion quality test.However,there are not sufficient systematic,more operational tests and assessment criterions in water conservancy industry in China.Through the research on our current state construction engineering criterion,related documents and completed tests for the fulfilled water conservancy projects,it is considered that the time,location,issues,quantity of sampling quality supervisions and assessment standard are the most significant issues in sluice completion test.
