煤矸石火山灰活性的评价

摘    要:采用抗压强度法、离子溶出法、结晶度法等对不同活化煤矸石的火山灰活性进行评价。研究结果表明,未煅烧及不同温度煅烧活化煤矸石均具有火山灰活性,600~800℃煅烧煤矸石的火山灰活性较大。采用NaOH溶出法测得的活性Al2O3和活性SiO2的含量之和与煤矸石的PAI(Pozzolanic Activity Index)值呈现出良好的线性关系,这可能为发展一种评价煤矸石火山灰活性的快速方法提供理论依据。

Evaluation on the pozzolanic activity of coal gangues
Abstract:In this paper,the pozzolanic activity of activated coal gangues were evaluated by compressive strength method,ion dissolve out method and crystallinity method.The results showed that Xuzhou coal gangue had activity whether calcined or uncalcined,higher activity appears when coal gangue was calcined at 600~800℃.There was good linear relationship between the content of active SiO2 plus active Al2O3 and pozzolanic activity index(PAI) value of different activated coal gangues by NaOH dissolving-out method.It is a good basis for developing a rapid method to evaluate the pozzolanic activity of coal gangues.
