| 摘 要： | 喷气织机效率与织前准备技术及原纱性质密切相关 ,从原纱质量、络筒、整经及浆纱各工序工艺设置及设备水平等方面详细论述了影响喷气织机效率及织物质量的因素 ,认为只有原纱及半制品质量达到要求 ,才能充分发挥喷气织机优质、高产的优势。

| Abstract: | The efficiency of air jet loom relies on the waving preparation technology and the features of yarn. The factors which affect the efficiency of air jet loom and the fabric quality are discussed from yarn quality, process settings of winding, warping, sizing and the condition of these equipments. A viewpoint is given out that the advantages of excellent quality, high-production of air jet loom will be full reflected only on the condition that the qualities of yarn and the semi-products. |
