结合多年的生产实践经验,认为水暖零件水龙头电镀的外观质量取决于零件材质、抛磨光、前处理和电镀工艺等4个方面。铸造技术不完善、铜合金原料中的杂质致使水龙头零件表面疏松,并有大量砂眼。使用添加剂的铸造工艺可以改善产品的外观质量。抛磨光是获得光亮镀层和避免镀层出现丝纹印痕的主要措施。电镀过程中应实施循环过滤和采取阴极移动的搅拌方式。尤其强调在产品制造过程中加强各工序的前处理,保证清洁的零件进入下一道工序。

Based on his many years of practical experience,the author pointed out that the appearance quality of faucet plumbing electroplating depends on the 4 aspects: material quality,polishing and grinding,pre-treatment and electroplating process.The defects of casting technology and the impurities in copper alloy material cause roughness of faucet surface with large amounts of sand holes.The use of additives in the casting process can improve the appearance quality of product.Polishing and grinding are mostly helpful to obtain bright deposit and avoid silk-like mark in the deposit.Cycle filtration and cathode movement should be implemented as a way of agitation in the electroplating process.The enhanced pre-treatment in each step of product manufacturing is particularly emphasized to guarantee the cleaned parts for next step.
