锅炉柠檬酸酸洗废液的焚烧处理

摘    要:望亭电厂用焚烧法在1000t/h燃油炉中处理了厂内所储存的全部3000吨柠檬酸酸洗废液,这是国内第一次采用该法处理大量柠檬酸废液的尝试。在焚烧过程中对锅炉各参数进行了监视和分析,並在焚烧结束后对锅炉设备作了检查,未发现有影响锅炉燃烧的不利情况,说明柠檬酸废液在大型锅炉上焚烧处理是一项安全、经济、可靠的技术。本文介绍了焚烧系统和设备的设计和安装,焚烧过程的控制和管理及焚烧枪中雾化片腐蚀与磨损的原因及防止。

Abstract:3000t of citric acid waste was incinerated on a 1000t/h oil-fired boiler inWanting Power Plant last year, the first time in this country treating citric acid waste onsuch a large scale with this technology. Boiler operating parameters were monitored andanalysed during the incineration process and the furnace condition were inspected after theincineration and no abnormal phenominon had been found. All these showed that theincineration method is a economic and reliable technology for citric acid waste treatment. The design and installation of the incineration system and equipments, the control andmanagement during the process and the cause and prevention of corrosion and erosion of thespraying plate in the incineration gun are described in this paper.
