摘    要:介绍了目前满足ECT(电容层析成像)系统要求的三种微小电容测量电路的原理、优缺点;分析、设计了程控增益负反馈交流型电容测量电路。该电路采用分立元件设计激励信号,降低了系统成本,具有动态测量范围宽、灵敏度高等特点,已成功应用于电容层析成象系统的测量中;最后给出了具体的实验结果。

Abstract:The basic principle,characteristics and disadvantages of three kinds of Small capacitance measurement circuits for ECT system are introduced and analyzed. A feedback AC capacitance measurement circuit of gain controllable is developed. The circuit has good characteristics of widely dynamic range,high sensitivity and low cost by designing generator by self. It has been applied to ECT system. Lastly,results are showed in this paper.
