| 摘 要： | 根据型材挤出口模内的结构特点 ,基于广义牛顿流体的一维和二维流动控制方程 ,采用伽辽金有限元法实现了型材挤出口模内的数值模拟 ,并对二维问题进行了流线分析。讨论了数值分析结果在挤出模具设计中的具体应用。

| Abstract: | According to the structure characteristics of the extrusion outlet inside the tooling for plastic profile and based on the 1D and 2D flow control equations of generalized Newtonian fluid, numerical simulation of the extrusion outlet inside the tooling was realized by adopting Garlerkin finite_element method. A streamlined analysis was made on the 2D problem. And the concrete applications of the numerical analysis results to the design of the extrusion tooling were presented. |
