摘    要:设计并合成了一种聚合物原油降黏降凝剂的特殊功能单体-丙烯酸高碳醇酯,考察了反应时间、反应温度、反应物配比、催化剂用量和阻聚剂用量等对酯化率的影响.结果表明,当反应时间为6 h,反应温度为140 ℃,反应物酸醇物质的量比为1.25:1,阻聚剂和催化剂加量(均以加入的总物料量计)分别为0.5%和1%时,目标产物的产率较高....

Abstract:A special functional monomer, long chain alkyl acrylate, of polymer based crude oil visbreaking and pour point depressing agent was designed and synthesized, and the effect of reaction time, reaction temperature, reactants proportions, catalyst usage and polymerization inhibitor usage, etc. on esterification rate was investigated. The results have shown that the yield of target product is high when the reaction time is 6 h, the reaction temperature is 140℃, the quantity ratio of acid to alcohol in reactant system is 1. 25 : 1, and the additions of polymerization inhibitor and catalyst are 0.5% and 1% respectively. It was verified through infrared analysis and chromatography-mass spectroscopy analysis that the product was long chain alkyl acrylate of high purity.
