35%土菌灵可湿性粉剂的气相色谱分析

摘    要:采用气相色谱法、HP-1毛细管色谱柱和FID检测器,以邻苯二甲酸二乙酯为内标对35%土菌灵可湿性粉剂内有效成分土菌灵定量分析。结果表明,土菌灵的标准偏差为0.15,变异系数为0.42%,线性相关系数为r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.69%。

Abstract:A method for separation and quantitative analysis of etridiazole 35%WP by GC with HP-1(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm) capillary column,phthalate esters ethylic as internal standard and FID detector was described.The results showed the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9,the standard deviation was 0.15,the coefficient of variation was 0.42%,the average recovery was 100.69%.
