摘    要:随着RBI技术在中国石油石化行业的推广和普及,RBI工作也越来越趋于成熟。通过对几家炼油厂的统计和比较,对几种普遍且危害性较大的破坏机理进行分析,并对存在这些破坏机理的承压设备提出工艺、操作及检验手段上的一些建议。

Abstract:Along with the popularization of RBI( Risk Based Inspection) technic in Chinese petrochemical industry, RBI is becoming more and more mature. Through summarizing and comparing to several refineries and the chemical plants, there is a brief analysis to the most common and harmful damage machanisms, and some suggestions on the process of operation and inspection to the pressure vessels which exist damage mechanisms were proposed.
