摘    要:电网广域测量系统(WAMS)在电力系统动态分析及控制方面得到了广泛应用。为了提高WAMS运行的稳定性和可靠性,文中研究了WAMS的现场检测方法,根据WAMS的构成制定了WAMS现场检测内容,提出并研制了同步相控仿真装置及由多台该装置和仿真控制中心构成的同步仿真控制系统。利用该系统对WAMS的构成部分进行单点同步检测和多点同步检测,以评估WAMS的暂稳态性能及其应用功能。最后,通过现场检测和MATLAB建模仿真验证了WAMS现场检测方法的可行性及实用性。

Abstract:Wide area monitoring system(WAMS) has a wide application in power system dynamic analysis and control.To improve the stability and reliability of WAMS,a WAMS spot test method is proposed.The content of WAMS spot test can be determined based on its structure.A synchronous phase control instrument is also developed to facilitate the synchronous simulation and control system with synchronous test control center.By conducting the single node and multi node synchronous test via the synchronous simulation and control system,the steady-state and transient performance,the application function of WAMS can be evaluated.Finally,the feasibility and practicability of the method is proved by spot test and MATLAB simulation.
