摘    要:分析了目前智能变电站自动化系统调试中的各种问题,提出了通过构建基于IEC 61850标准的通用智能电子设备(IED)仿真系统进行仿真测试的解决方案。叙述了该系统的体系架构、功能结构和实现通用IED仿真系统的关键技术;设计了多态多时序信号仿真、闭环控制仿真、通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)仿真等关键模块的仿真流程。开发实现了通用IED仿真系统软件,并将其成功运用于多个智能变电站系统的集成调试。

Abstract:Problems existing in the tests of smart substation automation systems are analyzed,and the solution scheme for simulation test of the general IED simulation system based on IEC 61850 standard is put forward.The architecture and functional configuration of simulation system are described.Furthermore,the key technology of the general IED simulation system is implemented,especially the module design of the simulation flow such as: multi-state and multi-timing sequenced signal simulation,closed-loop control simulation and GOOSE simulation.The IED simulation system is developed and successfully applied to integration testing of several smart substation automation systems.
