摘    要:针对常规游梁式抽油机扭矩曲线平衡法中扭矩因数不准确的缺点,提出了一种仅依赖于实测悬点位移时间序列的扭矩曲线平衡测试新方法。推导了基于四连杆尺寸比值的悬点位移公式和扭矩因数表达式,给出了游梁式抽油机抽油泵装置能正常工作的四连杆尺寸比值范围,得到了基于实测悬点位移时间序列的扭矩因数计算方法。验证计算表明,这种扭矩因数计算方法有较高的精度。根据扭矩因数和悬点载荷计算得到扭矩曲线,从而可以判断抽油机的平衡状况。结合实例,给出了这种方法的具体应用。

Abstract:According to the inaccurate torque factor of routine torque cure test method in beam-pumping unit, a new torquecure test method has been advanced only based on the polished rod displacement time series. For this reason, the polishedrod displacement expression and the torque factor formulation of beam-pumping unit have been derived using the sizeratio of the four bar mechanism. And its size ratio ranges which can ensure the proper functioning of beam pumpingunit-pump device have been given according to the symmetric circular principle. Thus calculated method of the torquefactor based on the polished rod displacement time series has been given. The calculated results show that the value ofthe torque factor using this method has high accuracy. The torque curve can be calculated from the torque factor andsuspension point load time series, and then the balance of beam-pumping unit can be judged. This method has been ap-plied to an example.
