摘    要:采用预酯化工艺,将阻燃剂与乙二醇在相对较低的温度下反应成预酯化液后制备阻燃共聚酯,对制备阻燃共聚酯的工艺进行了分析与研究,并对其进行了优化。结果表明:阻燃剂经过预酯化后满足了阻燃共聚酯聚合工艺需要较高温度的要求;随着阻燃剂质量分数的增大,阻燃共聚酯缩聚困难,聚合时间延长,副反应增多,聚酯颜色变深;缩聚反应催化剂需合理添加,以质量分数4.3×10-4为宜。

Abstract:High phosphorus content flame retardant copolyester was prepared by pre-esterifieation of flame retardant and ethylene glycol at low temperature. And the process of preparing flame retardant copolyester was optimized. The results indicated that after pre-esterification, the flame retardant met the high temperature requirement of flame retardant copolyester process. The polycondensation of flame retardant copolyester became difficult, polymerization time prolonged, side reaction increased and the color of product was deepened owing to the increase of flame retardant fraction. The best addition of polycondensation catalyst Sb203 was 4.3×10-4.
