摘    要:介绍了等离子体气体种类和处理参数对超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维表面性能的影响,阐述了等离子体处理UHMWPE纤维的表征方法,包括黏结性和表面基团变化的表征,探究了等离子体改善纤维表面性能的机制,概括了对等离子体处理时效性和连续性问题的研究。

Abstract:The effects of the plasma gas species and processing parameters on the surface properties of ul- tra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber are introduced. Characterization methods includ- ing adhesion and the change of surface groups for UHMWPE fiber treated by plasma are elaborated. The processing mechanism to improve fiber surface properties treated by plasma is explored. The study of aging property and continuity problems of plasma treatment is summarized.
