摘    要:以六甲基二硅胺烷(HMDS)为偶联剂,利用气相硅烷化方法对介孔分子筛SBA-15进行疏水处理,然后用等体积浸渍法制备负载型钴基催化剂。采用FT-IR、N2吸附-脱附、XRD、HRTEM、TPR等手段对催化剂进行了表征,考察了偶联剂用量对Co/SBA-15催化剂物理结构的影响,并采用固定床反应器对其费托合成反应性能进行了研究。结果表明,偶联剂用量会影响催化剂的分散度和还原度。费托反应评价发现,催化活性随偶联剂用量变化出现最值。当加入2.4 mmol.g-1HMDS时,催化剂表现出较高的反应活性,这主要归因于钴金属较好的分散性和较高的还原度。

Abstract:A series of silylated Co/SBA-15 catalysts were prepared via the reaction of surface silanol groups of SBA-15 with hexamethyldisilazane(HMDS) under anhydrous and vapor-phase conditions then impregnating the silylated Co/SBA-15 with a cobalt salt solution by incipient wetness.The catalysts were characterized by FT-IR,N2 physisorption,XRD,HRTEM and TPR,and the ef-fects of the amount of HMDS on the structure and performance of the catalysts for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis were investigated.The results showed that HMDS dosage strongly influenced both metal dispersion and reducibility,and F-T reaction activity of the catalysts changed with HMDS dosage.Under optimized HMDS dosage of 2.4mmol.g-1,the catalyst showed high activity due to its better disper-sion and higher reducibility.
