海域深水开槽埋管施工技术

摘    要:以污水处理厂尾水排放管海上施工为例,介绍了大口径长管道在海域埋设所涉及的深水基槽开挖、垫层施工、钢管制作、下滩、浮运及沉管、回填等施工技术。该工程实践表明,海域深水开槽埋管施工技术可解决大口径长管道存在的运输困难、水下焊接成本高、施工难度大等问题,可确保工程质量及施工进度,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:Taking marine construction of draft discharge pipe of sewage treatment plants for an ex- ample , the construction technologies concerning foundation deep-water excavation, cushion construction, production, down beach, floating hauling and sinking of steel pipes, backfilling for burying heavy-caliber and long pipeline in deep sea were introduced. The project practice shows that the construction technolo- gy of deep-water grooving and burying pipeline in sea area can solve problems such as difficult transporta- tion of heavy-caliber and long pipeline, high underwater welding cost, and difficult construction, and en- sure engineering quality and construction progress. Good economic and social benefits can be obtained.
