Abstract:A sort of ferrofluid accelerator sensor using a couple of magnets was presented.The relationship be-tween the output voltage and the different restoring force(80~140mm),different volume(1~2.5ml),different volume fraction of ferrofluid(0.5%~7%) were discussed on experimental and theoretical studies,while the input supply voltage and frequency was defined.The relationship between the output voltage and the acceleration was increasing with re-storing distance,volume of ferrofluid,and volume fraction of ferrofluid.The theory curves were in good accord with the experimental data.
