| 摘 要： | 采用自动固相萃取法预处理,用气相色谱-质谱仪测定有机磷农药。最低检出限在0.10~0.30mg/L之间,水样加标回收率为75%~105%,样品经5次重复测定后相对标准偏差均小于6.0%。结果表明,该法具有简单、快速、准确的特点。

| Abstract: | The method of Auto solid phase extraction has be to used to pretreat the water sample,then to determine the organic phosphorous pesticides using the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The minimum detection limit concentrations were found to be in the range of 0.10~0.30 mg/L,the recovery ratios of the method were 75%~105%,and the relative standard deviations(n=5) were lower than 6.0%.The proposed method was simple, rapid and highly accurate. |
