摘    要:以氨基醇和硫代羰基二咪唑为起始原料,通过环合、氯代、烷基化反应制得目标化合物。产品及中间体的结构经ESI-MS和1HNMR确证。该方法步骤简单、原料易得、条件温和、收率较高,适合制备类似结构的噁唑啉化合物。

Abstract:2-Hydroxyethylamino-4-ethyl-4,5-dihydrooxazole was synthesized from 2-aminobutan-1-ol and di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)methanethione via cycliztion reaction,cholination reaction and alkylation reaction.The overall yield reached 72.0%.The product and all intermediates were confirmed by 1HNMR and ESI-MS.The method has high industrial value due to its low production cost,convenient steps,simplicity and high yield.
