| 摘 要： | 采用离子色谱法对12个产地萹蓄中Li、Na、K、Mg、Ca等元素含量进行同时测定,并对水煎法和消化法处理样品的测定结果进行了对比分析。同时对各元素进行加样回收实验,建立了简单方便、快速、准确稳定的测定萹蓄中元素含量的分析方法。

| Abstract: | The ICS method was used to determine simultaneously the elements such as Li,Na,K,Mg,Ca contained in polygonum aviculare L from the different producing area.The result of microwave method and water frying method was compared and analyzed.A simple,swift and accurate analytic technique for detecting the metal elements in Polygonum aviculare L was established via the recovery experiments. |
