摘    要:4-氯-2-吡啶甲酸甲酯与异丙胺、正丁胺通过胺解反应,制得相应的取代胺基甲酰基吡啶后,再与甲醇钠通过Wil-liamson合成法,得到标题化合物;详细考察了溶剂、反应温度对反应的影响;产品结构经IR、1HNMR、ESI-MS表征。

Abstract:Two 4-methoxy-2-N-alkyl carbamoyl pyridines were prepared from Williamson reaction between sodium methoxide and 4-chloropyridyl-2-formyl amide intermediates,which were synthesized starting from 4-chloropyridyl-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester,isopropylamine and butylamine.The effects of solvents and temperatures on the reaction were invisitigated.The structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR,1HNMR and ESI-MS.
