硫磺新溶剂研究

摘    要:为了解决硫磺溶解过程中硫磺溶剂种类选择少、要求高问题,考察四氢萘、苯乙烯、十氢萘和甲苯4种溶剂在30~90℃下对硫磺的溶解度.实验结果表明4种溶剂对硫磺的溶解度均随温度升高而增大,在相同温度下,四氢萘对硫磺的溶解度最大,90℃时对硫磺的溶解度可达13.31 g/100 9溶剂,苯乙烯次之,甲苯在30~70℃对硫磺的溶解度略大于十氢萘,超过70℃,十氢萘对硫磺的溶解度大于甲苯.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of few choices and high requirement for sulfurs in the process of dissolution,The sulfur solubility in tetralin,decalin,toluene and styrene were tested between 30~90 ℃.The results showed that the solubility of all solvents for sulfur increase with temperature rise,at the same temperature,tetralin has the best ability to solve sulfur in four kinds of solvents,followed by styrene,the value of solubility of tetralin to the biggest is 13.31 g per 100 g solvent at 90 ℃,the solubility of toluene was little bigger than decalin between 30~70 ℃,yet,above 70 ℃,the decalin has better resolve ability.
