铵型离子液体催化合成二苯甲酮腙

摘    要:合成了硝酸正丁铵、醋酸正丁铵、醋酸二乙铵3种铵型离子液体,采用1HNMR对其结构进行了表征。以上述铵型离子液体为催化剂,二苯甲酮和80%水合肼为原料,制备了二苯甲酮腙,产物结构经1HNMR和IR确定。考察了离子液体种类、用量、原料比例以及反应时间等因素对合成二苯甲酮腙产率的影响,优化了反应工艺。研究结果表明,以18.2 g的二苯甲酮及9 mL的水合肼为原料,5 mL的硝酸正丁铵为催化剂,乙醇为溶剂,80℃反应9 h,二苯甲酮腙的产率98.16%。与传统方法相比,该优化条件下获得了较高产率。

Abstract:Three ammonium ionic liquids:n-butylamine nitrate(N4NO3),n-butylamine acetate(N4AC),and diethylamine acetate(N22AC) were synthesized.Their structures were identified by 1HNMR.The benzophenone hydrazone were synthesized with benzophenone and 80% hydrazine hydrate using the ammonium ionic liquids as the catalyst,and its structure was confirmed by 1HNMR and IR.The influences of catalyst and reaction time were investigated.The proper reactions condition was described as follow:the reaction was carried out 80 ℃ for 9 h,using 18.2 g of benzophenone and 9 mL of hydrazine hydrate as raw material,5 mL of N4NO3 as the catalyst,and ethanol as the solvent.The yield of the product was 98.16%,which was better than that of the traditional methods.
