云南某钛粗精矿精选试验研究

摘    要:以云南某钛粗精矿为研究对象,目的是提钛,降钙、镁、硅、铝等杂质含量。从而对该粗精矿进行了重选、磁选及重-磁联合多种方案的试验研究,最终推荐重-磁联合工艺流程。通过该流程得到钛精矿TiO2的品位为48.34%,回收率为95.34%;效果较好。

Abstract:In this paper, a rough titanium concentrate in Yunnan was taken as the research sample to increase its titanium content and to decrease its content of calcium, magnesium, silicon, aluminum and other impurities. Magnetic separation tests, gravity separation tests and combined gravity-magnetic tests have been carried out; and the combined gravity-magnetic process flow is adopted finally. By using the combined gravity-magnetic process, this study obtained the final titanium concentrate of TiO2 48. 34% and the recovery reached up to 95. 34%.
