基于模糊综合评价的核电设备采购管理成熟度模型研究

以核电建设项目设备采购管理为研究对象,分析了设备采购工作的重要性与复杂性,借鉴项目管理成熟度模型的研究方法,构建了核电设备采购管理成熟度模型,对模型的框架、内容及评价方法进行了定义.针对核电设备采购的特殊性,构建了采购管理综合评价指标体系,采用基于AHP的模糊综合评价法对其进行评价和实证分析.研究结果为提高核电设备采购工作的战略性管理水平提供了重要的管理理论、标准和工具.

Purchasing Management Maturity Model of Nuclear Power Equipment Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Nuclear power equipment purchasing management, as the research object, the importance and complexity of the procurement of equipment is analyzed. And then, a purchasing management maturity model is constructed based on precious relative methods, besides the frame, contents and evaluation method are also defined. Taking the special nature of nuclear power equipment procurement into account, an index system of purchasing management maturity comprehensive evaluation is proposed, also with an evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP. The results provide a direction for the strategic management of the nuclear power equipment procurement, and also an important management theory, standards and tool.
