电力系统强迫功率振荡及其影响因素研究

摘    要:近年来,跨区域电网中出现了多次功率振荡并且呈现出新的振荡特性,但是根据经典的负阻尼转矩机理却无法解释这类振荡产生的原因,而强迫功率振荡机制可以很好地揭示这类振荡的起因。基于经典阻尼转矩理论在多机系统中对强迫振荡源作用下的电力系统受迫振荡机制进行分析,详细推导并论证了跨区大电网发生强迫功率振荡的影响因素,并指出系统的稳态响应是多种影响因素累加的综合效应。

Abstract:Power oscillations have occurred frequently in inter-regional grid in recent years, and presented some new characteristics. However, it is proved that forced vibration mechanism can be used to explain these power oscillations well, which are triggered off by non- negative damping mechanism. The mechanism of forced power oscillation is elaborated by multi-machine power system under the action of oscillation source based on negative damping mechanism. The key factors that influence the oscillation amplitude are derived and demonstrated and it is concluded that the system steady response is a comprehensive effect of the accumulation of many affecting factors.
