两尖点间行程速比系数最大机构参数确定

摘    要:以机构许用传动角γ]为设计依据,采用最优化技术确定机构拥有2尖点间呈最大行程速比系数Kmax,确定出机构的其他最优设计参数,并得出了结论:机构2尖点拥有最大行程速比系数Kmax,是随着机构许用传动角γ]的增加而单调减小;对应最佳设计结果,杆之间的几何尺寸有着特殊的规律l3*=l4*=l5*。

Abstract:In this paper,on the basis of the allowable transmission angle γ],the maximal travel velocity-ratio coefficient Kmax between two cusps and other optimal design parameters are determined by using optimization technology.The results show that the maximal travel velocity-ratio coefficient Kmax between two cusps will decrease when the allowable transmission angle γ] of the mechanism increase.The geometry dimension exits some special relation(l*3=l*4=l*5) between rod and rod according to the optimal design results.
