摘    要: 针对余吾煤业N1203综放工作面回采过程中由于采煤机切割岩石产生火花并点燃局部积聚瓦斯引发的矿井火灾事故,结合矿井瓦斯涌出量大的实际,在综合分析火区特点的基础上,实施 “抑爆优先、灭火为主”的治理方案,并详细阐述了采区大面积封堵、地面打钻注浆隔离、注氮和注液态二氧化碳以及火区监测技术。通过实践表明,在采取一定封堵措施后,大流量连续性注入惰性气体可有效降低火区氧气浓度,抑制瓦斯爆炸和熄灭火区。

Abstract:In view of the fire accident which caused by the gas ignition by the sparks during the period of cutting coal and rock in N1203 work face of Yu-wu coal mine, combined with the high quantity of gas effusion, the program of “explosion suppression first, fire extinguishment crucial” was developed. The techniques of surface drilling and grouting isolation, injecting nitrogen and carbon dioxide, and fire zone monitoring were illustrated. Field practice shows that injecting inert gases can reduce the oxygen content, suppress gas-explosion and extinct fire with high capacity and continuity after the sealing.
