摘    要:详细介绍了ZK 1160—S/0.8—Q型真空相变加热炉的设计过程,着重阐述了真空相变盘管及燃烧系统的计算方法,并针对提高换热系数、增加锅炉效率的措施,引入一些新理念。所设计的真空相变换热加热炉已应用在华北油田,运行表明:实际运行参数与设计数据吻合较好。所述的方法及理念可为油田加热炉的设计提供有益参考。

Abstract:The design process of ZK 1160--S/0.8--Q vacuum phase -changing heating boiler was described in detail, especially the calculation method for vacuum phase -changing coil and the combustion system, and as for the measures to improve heat transfer coefficient and increase boiler efficiency, some novel ideas were also proposed. The heating boiler mentioned above has been applied in North China Oilfield. The application practice showed that the actual operation parameters were in good agreement with that of the design. The methods and the ideas presented offer some useful reference for the design of heating boiler used in oilfield.
