| 摘 要： | 介绍了南(昌)钢公司为扩大利用焦煤资源,采用捣固炼焦工艺.根据企业情况,将捣固焦炉建筑在原有的顶装焦炉同一中心线上,解决了备煤、原煤捣固、系统在线监控等工艺技术和生产组织中的难点.捣固焦炉生产焦炭质量符合高炉生产要求,并降低了配合煤的生产成本.

| Abstract: | In order to enlarge utilization coal gas resource, tamping coking process is adopted at Nangang. The problems of the production and the process technology such as coal blending raw coal tamping, system on-line control are solved by enterprise situation when tamping coke oven building is build on common eentreline of original load on top coke oven. Meanwhile,coke quality of tamping coke oven can satisfy the need of BF. production,the production cost of fitting coal is reduced. |
