节能减排 绿色发展

按照我国十一五期间单位国内生产总值能耗降低20%左右、主要污染物排放总量减少10%的规划目标衡量,当前节能减排面临的形势依然严峻。应该看到,我国经济快速增长,各项建设取得巨大成就,但也付出了巨大的资源和环境代价。只有坚持节约发展、清洁发展、安全发展,才能实现经济又好又快发展。中国三大石油公司是能源生产大户,同时也是能耗大户和排污大户,节能减排的任务重、要求高、难度大。肩负经济责任、社会责任和政治责任的国有大型石油石化企业,切实把节能减排作为贯彻落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的重大举措,作为建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的必然选择,作为推进经济结构调整、转变经济增长方式的必由之路,作为维护中华民族长远利益的必然要求。节能减排工作正在三大石油公司全面推进,成效正在显现。
