| 摘 要： | 生态文明是人类发展的崭新阶段，是以生态整体论、社会的发展，必须以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，环境友好型国家。实现社会和谐和人与自然和谐。生态价值论和生态道德论作为自己的主要哲学基础的。我国经济以生态文明和绿色循环经济理论为先行，才能建成资源节约型。
