纤维素酶吸附靛蓝染料的研究

摘    要:通过对纤维素酶与靛蓝染料间吸附关系的研究表明,纤维素酶CTC A、CTC B、CTC C对水溶液中的靛蓝有聚集和吸附作用。其中,CTC C容易使靛蓝颗粒聚集,CTC A的聚集作用最弱;靛蓝对三种酶蛋白的吸附和朗格缪尔吸附大致吻合。靛蓝最多可吸附CTC A酶蛋白为 5. 9mg/g,CTC B酶蛋白为 3. 2mg/g,CTC C酶蛋白为 1. 2mg/g;蛋白酶可以分解纤维素酶蛋白,减轻纤维素酶蛋白和靛蓝的相互吸附,但是蛋白酶的加入不一定能减轻靛蓝的返染程度。

Abstract:Researches on the adsorption between cellulase and indigo dyes show that Cellulases (CTC-A CTC-B CTC-C) have the ability to congregate and adsorb the indigo dispersed in water. CTC-C can adsorb the indigo easily, CTC-B has less adsorbability compared with CTC-C, CTC-A has the least. Indigo shows the similar adsorbable performance to the three kinds of protein as Langmuir's. The maximum adsorbance of Indigo to the protein of CTC-A is 5.9 mg/g, CTC-B 3.2mg/g, CTC-C 1.2mg/g respectively. Protease can decompose the protein of cellulose, thus decrease the adsorbability of cellulase with indigo. But it is not always indicated that the adding protein can lighten the degree of indigo's backstain.
