摘    要:提出采用RLC原型和有源RC构成寄生参量不灵敏的SC电路的一种新的分析方法:利用寄生参量不灵敏的电压控制电流源(VCCS)作为基本积木块,运用适当的转换方法,可以得到对应的SC电路,并从结构上使得该电路对寄生参量不灵敏。方法简单,实用,可系统化,并附有实例加以说明。

Abstract:A new method to the design of stray-insensitive switched-capacitor (sc) circuits from active-RLC or RC prototypes is presented. The VCCS of stray insensitiveis adopted to act as basic buliding block, applying to advisable transforming method, corresponding sc circuite could be obtained. The circuit has the fearure of stray-insensitive from the circuit's structure. The typical examples are presented to prove the method is simple,practical and can bs systematized.
