摘    要:为了降低光码分多址(OCDMA)网络的阻塞率,提出了一种新型的码转换结构,在已有的OCDMA分插复用单元的基础上,增加了可重构编码器.分析了在动态业务下环形OCDMA网络在无码转换和稀疏码转换两种情况下的阻塞性能.仿真结果表明,在波长资源相同的情况下,OCDMA光网络的阻塞特性远优于波分复用(WDM)光网络,地址码的优选能够使网络性能更佳.相比无码转换网络在中低负载情况下,在环形网络中引入稀疏码转换器能够使性能得到较大的提高,当地址码总数较大时,在高负载情况下的阻塞率性能能够得到较好的改善.

Abstract:A novel code convertor structure was presented to reduce the blocking probability of optical code division multiple access(OCDMA) network.This novel code convertor is based on the existing OCDMA add/drop unit where an extra reconfigurable OCDMA encoder is added.The performance of the OCDMA network with ring topology without code conversion and with code conversion sparsely distributed under dynamic traffic was analyzed,respectively.Simulation indicates that the OCDMA ring network has better performance of blocking probability than that of the wavelength division multiplexing(WDM) network with the same total number of available wavelengths,and the blocking probability can be further reduced when a good address code is selected.Furthermore,when a sparse code conversion is introduced into the network,a significant improvement of blocking probability can be achieved under the low and mid-level offered load,and the improvement also can be maintained under the high load when the total code number is large.
