摘    要:研究了利用最优控制理论对传统的汽车被动悬架参数进行优化的算法。根据最优控制理论得到了反馈增益,并利用最小二乘概念构造了目标函数。对一组悬架参数在正弦激励和随机激励下进行数值仿真得到的结果表明,和原有的被动悬架相比,本文方法使汽车的运行性能有较大的提高。由于利用本文方法对实际车辆进行改造并不复杂,因此该方法具有较强的实用性。最后,指出了这种算法在其他工程问题中应用的可能性。

Abstract:Based on the optimal control theory, an optimizing algorithm for the parameters of a traditional passive suspension system is presented. Firstly the optimal gain is obtained based on the optimal theory. And then an objective function is established by using the least squares concept. Simulated results show that this method can improve the suspension performance, whenever the vehicle is running on a sine surface or a random surface. Moreover, it is not difficult to refit a practical suspension system via the concept put forward in the paper. Therefore, the proposed method is quite feasible and efficient. At last, the possibility of the application of the method to other engineering fields is evaluated.
