承德市山洪灾害水文预警与实用研究

摘    要:通过对承德市山洪灾害的调查分析,掌握了山洪灾害的特点和时空分布特征,分析了其成因。建立了以单站临界雨量为基础的单站临界雨量法、区域临界雨量法山洪灾害水文预警模型,经实际应用,取得了较好的效果,为山洪灾害防治的科学决策奠定了基础。

Abstract:Through the investigation and analysis of the mountain forrents in chande city, this paper grasped the mountain torrents disaster characteristics and the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics ,analyzed its causes. This paper established the hydrologic warning model by the combination of the method for single station critical rainfall and for the area critical rainfall based on the single critical rainfall. Through the actual application, the method obtained great effect and made the foundation for preventing mountain torrents disasters scientificly.
