摘    要:平面交叉口是城市道路网的重要组成部分,同时也是道路网通行能力的“隘路”和交通事故的“多发源”,掌握城市交叉口的安全状况具有重要的意义.交通冲突技术是一种非事故统计技术,在分析交通冲突技术的基础上,与灰色聚类方法相结合,采用早高峰、晚高峰、平峰时段的交通冲突与混合当量交通量的比值(TC/MPCU)作为评价指标,针对福州市5个平面交叉口建立安全评价模型,评价结果符合实际情况.

Abstract:Intersection is an important part of urban road network, as well as the bottle-neck of the capacity and the location of accident. So the safety of city intersection is of great significance. The traffic conflict technique is an evaluating method based on non accident statistics, combined with gray clueter theory and the ratio of traffic conflict and mixed passenger car unit (TC/MPCU) as an safety evaluation factor, which takes three TC/MPCU into evaluation, namely the morning, common and evening rush hour. The safety evaluation model is established for five intersecions in Fuzhou. The results comply with the practice.
