摘    要:利用Gleeble 2000热模拟试验机对一种屈服强度为700MPa级的微合金钢的热变形行为进行了试验研究。分析了不同变形条件下的流变应力与应变的关系,并根据Roberts提出的用蠕变方程预测不同应变对应的流变应力的方法,用扩展的蠕变方程建立了试验钢的流变应力模型。用建立的模型预测了不同变形条件下的流变应力,预测结果与试验结果基本吻合。

Abstract:The flow behavior of a microalloy steel which has yield strength at least 700?MPa during deformation was studied by means of single hit compression test performed on Gleeble 2000. The relationship between the flow stress and the stran under different conditions during defrmation has been analyzed. According to the principle that Roberts put forward, a flow stress model of steel with creep equation has been set up. The flow stress predicted by the model under different deforming conditions is identical with the test value.
