| Abstract: | The article makes the investigation and analysis on how to seize the opportunity of the tenth five-year plan to confront the market challenge, linking to the power demand required by economic and social development of Baoshan city and the implementation of West-east Power Transmission Project. It also puts forward the hydropower development goal and mission, development ideology and overall to direct the small and medium-sized hydropower construction for the government decision-making references. |
