光纤红外测温仪的研制及其在磨削区温度测量中的应用研究

摘    要:本文对磨削加工产生的火花信号和磨削区温度之间的关系进行了分析研究,并利用自行开发的新型光纤红外测温仪对磨削火花信号进行了系统,定量的分析与实验,实验结果表明,磨削加工中产生的火花是一种平滑,稳定的各态历经随机信号,火花信号与磨削区温度,工件的烧伤层深度之间存在广泛联系,该设备可实现磨削区温度的在线有效测量,使工件的加工表面质量及自动化加工程度得到较大提高。

Abstract:Temperature in grinding area is a main evaluation norm of variations of temperature in grinding process. The relationship between signals of grinding sparks and temperature in grinding area has been studied by means of optical fibre/infrared and lots of experiments have been made systematically in this paper. First of all, a new temperature instrument of optical fibre/infrared has been developed. Next, the signals of grinding sparks have been analysed systematically and quantitatively. The result showed that the signals of grinding sparks were a kind of smooth and steady random signals subordinated to normal distribution and every phase underwent random signals. Finally, the relationship among signals of grinding sparks and temperature in grinding area and depth of burn layer on workpiece has been analysed, which showed that the method of on line measurement of temperature in grinding area with the signals of grinding sparks was practical and effective to improve the quality of grinding surface and to realize the automation of grinding process.
