锻打在钢丝绳生产中的应用

对锻打股钢丝绳与锻打钢丝绳进行比较 ,指出其相同点主要体现在增大钢丝绳刚性、提高钢丝绳整绳破断拉力、减小钢丝绳工作伸长、减小捻制应力及增强钢丝绳耐挤压和耐磨性 ;其不同点主要体现在股绳截面形状不同、钢丝变形均匀程度不同、钢丝绳表面光滑程度不同、钢丝绳中消除捻制应力效果不同及钢丝绳密度系数不同。对锻打股钢丝绳与锻打钢丝绳在一定程度上代替面接触钢丝绳的可行性进行分析。指出生产锻打股钢丝绳与锻打钢丝绳尚需解决的几个关键技术问题
