摘    要:本文主要研究非满载双轴液罐汽车制动时,由于液罐重心位置的变化对汽车制动稳定性影响的问题。文中建立了液罐汽车制动的力学模型和数学模型,分析了使用参数和结构参数对液罐汽车制动距离、前后轮制动抱死时间间隔和同步附着系数的影响。对罐中隔板的安装位置进行了优化,并通过道路试验进行了验证。

Abstract:The influence of tank's gravity centre during braking on the braking stability of the two-axle tanker with partial load is studied in this paper. The Mathematical dynamic model of braking stability of the tanker is set up and the effect of service and structure parameters upon stopping distance, interval time between front wheel and rear wheel lockup and synchronous co-efficent of adhesion are analyzed as well. Optimization of partition location is carried out and the results are verified by road test.
