摘    要:基于第3类控制的基本概念和电力系统后紧急控制多代理系统的基本框架,建立了研究电力系统电压稳定后紧急控制的演示电力系统,探讨了电压后紧急控制中信息管理、信息交换通道和方式以及非连续控制中的切负荷、重要区域防线动态压缩和连续控制中动态协调等电压后紧急控制中的重要问题.由于第3类控制和电力系统后紧急控制是一项全新的应用理论研究,通过演示电力系统的电压稳定后紧急控制,进一步说明电力系统后紧急控制的重要性和多代理系统基本框架的可行性.

Abstract:Based on the basic concept of post-emergency control (PEC) and the third-category control (TCC), basic framework of post-emergency voltage control (PEVC) is constructed. Then a demo system is constituted to study the PEVC. The information manage, channel and manner of information exchange are explored. Some important questions, such as the load shedding and dynamic adjustment of defense line for important loads in the discontinued control, and dynamic coordination in the continuous control, are discussed. As the TCC and PEC are new application theories, the contribution of this paper is to further explain the importance and feasibility of PEVC with the demonstration of the demo system.
