| 摘 要： | 为提高摩托车发动机连杆的加工精度和生产效率,提出了连杆大小头孔以车代磨的工艺改造方案。根据改造后的工艺流程,设计了相应的工艺装备。试验表明,采用新设计的工艺流程与工艺装备可以达到连杆图纸要求的加工精度。

| Abstract: | Processing reform scheme was put forward which machining connecting rod hole using lathe in place of grind in order to improve machining precision and product efficiency of connecting rod of motorcycle engine.Technic equipment was desinged according to process flow of reforming.Test demonstrated that newly designed process flow and technic equipment confirmed to machining precision of the drawing requirement. |
