小型无人机木质螺旋桨的三维建模与数控加工

摘    要:提高小型无人机关键部件木制螺旋桨的设计建模与加工质量非常关键,基于某型号无人机螺旋桨的研制实践,分析了螺旋桨木质材料的选择、阐述了其三维建模技术、介绍了木工数控铣床、以及木工数控加工工艺的特点,研究了某型螺旋桨的数控加工方法以及应采取的表面防护措施。产品检验和飞行实践证明了螺旋桨工艺加工质量得到了明显地提高。

Abstract:Improving the modeling and machining quality of the wood Propeller is important for the mini UAV.Based on the manufacturing experience of mini UAV,the wood material selection principles were analyzed,then,the characters of wood NC milling machine and wood NC machining processes were introduced,finally,NC machining processes and blade surface reinforcement methods were studied.The results of quality check and flying tests showed that the machining quality was increased.
